WMEC’s Ombudsmen are highly trained, impartial advocates who visit local nursing home residents weekly, making sure their concerns are heard and addressed. Ombudsman volunteers develop trusting relationships with residents, educate them about their rights, and advocate for their quality of care.

We Can Help:

  • Advocate for the rights of nursing home residents.
  • Investigate and resolves complaints.
  • Visit with individuals in nursing homes on a weekly basis.
