WestMass ElderCare will become
Personalized care solutions for older adults and people of all ages with disabilities and chronic conditions
As we step forward into our next 50 years,
we may look and sound different with a refreshed brand that better reflects the breadth and depth of who we serve, but our mission, vision, and values remain the same. This transformation is rooted in a thorough process where we interviewed nearly 200 stakeholders, and gathered input from employees, caregivers and community members. The process also included rigorous vetting both internally and externally before we settled on the perfect name.
We believe there are as many ways to care for people as there are people who need care. That is why, as empathetic, resourceful, dedicated, and compassionate professionals, we seek to provide options and hands-on solutions that meet the unique needs of care recipients and their caregivers. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Personalized solutions should reflect the care recipients’ and their caregivers’ physical and emotional states, living conditions, cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, relationships, and communities. That is why, beyond the services at hand, we navigate the maze of resources to find the products, services, supplies, and providers that match our care recipients’ needs. The results are “best fit” solutions that preserve the dignity, independence, and quality of life of older adults and persons with disabilities and chronic conditions.
There are many ways to care, and we care to know them all.
Stay tuned for more information in early 2025.
Above all, we at Access Care Partners value our people. We believe our partners, caregivers, staff and stakeholders make us who we are.
Here are some of the core values that shape our thinking:
