Training Opportunities

Our provider network is always hiring, and they welcome direct inquiries for employment.  Most providers will train the right candidate entering the Home Care profession; however if you would like to train at your own pace prior to seeking employment, or if you are already working in the Home Care profession and would like a refresher, you can take the Personal and Home Care Aide State Training (PHCAST) program offered by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs at no charge.  The courses are available in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole, and are not limited to those only seeking employment.  Family members and other caregivers may find them helpful when providing care for a loved one.
